Daarbij vertrouw ik op het vermogen van de coachee om problemen op te lossen. Daarnaast help ik het individu met persoonlijke ontwikkeling op hard- en soft skills. Omdat ik mezelf als generalist zie, is er ook ruimte voor brainstormen over architectuuronderwerpen. Met dit referentiekader ben ik in staat patronen te herkennen op team- en organisatieniveau. Als het om \u00e9\u00e9n-op-\u00e9\u00e9n gesprekken gaat, ben ik discreet.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Teamniveau<\/strong>: Ik werk nauw samen met de verschillende rollen in het agile team om de agile en architecturale principes en waarden effectief toe te passen. Door mijn trainingen en workshops wordt het team gestimuleerd om nieuwe manieren te vinden om effectiever samen te werken aan echte klantproblemen. Tijdens het proces help ik mee met het delen van observaties over de samenwerking en stimuleer ik een veilige omgeving om tot resultaat te komen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Teamrelatieniveau<\/strong>: Release trains, waardestromen, team van teams, hoe je het ook noemt, coaching op dit niveau gaat over van elkaar leren om op hetzelfde moment proactief op elkaar af te stemmen en samen echte klantproblemen op te lossen. Op dit niveau breng ik structuur door de waardestromen van de organisatie met visualisatie in kaart te brengen en de volgende verbetering bij de teams en het management te stimuleren. Dit omvat ook het architectonisch gesprek rond de architecturale principes en richtlijnen. Daarnaast help ik individuen met elkaar te verbinden om kruisbestuiving van vaardigheden buiten de teams te stimuleren.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Leiderschaps- en organisatieniveau<\/strong>: Op dit niveau richt ik mij op het ontwikkelen van agile leiderschapskwaliteiten binnen de organisatie. Ik werk met leidinggevenden, managers, bedrijven, architecten en andere leiders om hun begrip van en betrokkenheid bij agile principes te vergroten. Hoezeer ik ook met jou verbonden ben, het doel is om na coaching uiteindelijk de organisatie te verlaten en hopelijk met een positief resultaat en een goed gevoel. Dit gevoel gaat over het vertrouwen dat de omgeving zich bewust is geworden van de agile- en architectuurprincipes en ernaar kan handelen.<\/p><h3 style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans', sans-serif; color: #333333;\">Verschillende fases<\/h3><div>In 1954 onderscheidde Maslow vier fasen in het verwerven van nieuwe kennis, vaardigheden of competenties. Mijn aanpak van coaching bevindt zich in vergelijkbare fases.<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><ol><li><strong>Onbewust onbekwaam<\/strong>: De eerste fase is het observeren van het team en de individuen. Ook de introductie en individuele coaching start in deze fase.<\/li><li><strong>Bewust onbekwaam<\/strong>: In de tweede fase houd ik mij bezig met het demonstreren en aanleren van agile werkwijzen binnen de teams en\/of specifieke posities in de organisatie.<\/li><li><strong>Bewust bekwaam<\/strong>: De derde fase staat voor meedoen en herhalen. Op deze manier kan er ook een aspirant worden ingezet die mijn werkzaamheden overneemt. Denk aan een Scrum Master of startend architect.<\/li><li><strong>Onbewust bekwaam<\/strong>: Net als de eerste fase wordt de vierde en laatste fase afgesloten met observatie waarbij de laatste aandachtspunten worden besproken en omgezet in verbeteringen.
