The program for one day visualizes the business model using the Strategyzer framework. This is already a valuable outcome to get a total overview and a shift in visualy working together as a business team.

The two day program has a deepdive on the business with an assesment, analysis of the external environment and definition of experiments to innovate on the business model. The 2 day program makes room for concrete steps towards measurable innovation using Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
